Emma Reece

Pilates Instructor

Emma’s passion and love for Pilates started back in 2009 and has developed over the past 8 years through her participation in mat, reformer and studio classes. Emma originally discovered Pilates as a way to de-stress, stay in shape and work through the aches and pains she was experiencing as a result of her full-time office job. The results Emma experienced from her regular practice urged her to consider a career change and pursue her love for Pilates further by studying Professional Pilates Instruction. Emma loves Pilates because it allows people to connect with their bodies, build strength and also push themselves in a way that doesn’t place them under stress. She particularly loves when client’s say to her “Pilates has changed my life”. Emma’s other interests include nutrition, cooking, snowboarding, water-skiing & traveling.
