With Reformer Classes, Barre Classes and Pilates Mat Classes as well as Pilates Fitness & Movement Screenings all day and absolutely FREE you’d be crazy to miss out.
If that isn’t enough there will be wellness products and samples, health exhibitors and we will be offering never to be repeated SALES including the unveiling of our new Unlimited Class Membership! Join on the day to lock in our Grand Opening price.
Our Reformer Classes showcase the most famous piece of Pilates equipment. Designed to help you move with precision, whilst engaging the correct muscles and achieving optimal alignment – the keys to a strong, effective and rehabilitative workout. These classes are limited to eight participants and will have two teachers on the day so you really get a feel for why the Pilates Reformer is so popular with everyone from Hollywood celebrities to athletes to new mums!
Pilates Barre is a combination of cardio/strength training, dance exercises and Pilates. This is an upbeat, full body workout to really get the blood pumping! Perfect for a Sunday morning… or any time you want to feel your booty burn.
The Pilates Mat Class will see you experience the traditional Pilates repertoire, incorporating small props for added stability, stretch and strength challenges. We guarantee you will finish feeling both relaxed and invigorated (and probably addicted).
All of our classes on the day are suitable for absolute beginners through to experienced Pilates movers, provided you have no major injuries or conditions. No worries if you do though! Come speak to our Studio staff about our Private and Semi-Private Studio Equipment Sessions for fitness, pregnancy and rehabilitation. Our highly qualified, experienced instructors will be showing people through all day and are there to answer any questions you may have about starting your journey to lifelong physical health and freedom.
Walk-ins are welcome all day but book online through our Schedule/Booking page to guarantee your place as these are likely to book out. If you get in quick you may even score a FREE half hour private session!

Great! All of the classes will be suitable for beginners but you may like to start with a Mat Class. It will be at 2pm on the day. Just send me your names and email addresses and I can book you both in.

Hi Amy. No you don’t! Head in on the day and there will be staff available to chat to you about anything you are interested in. If you decide you would like to try a class we can check for available spots on the day.

Sure Julie! Go to the Schedule/Bookings page of our website and click Sign Up in the top right hand corner to create a profile to login with. Then login and select Sunday 25th March as the date to view. Then simply click on a class with available places to book. Let me know if you have any trouble!
