Amanda Le Couteur
I don’t know what I would do without Mel and her fantastic team! My job can be very (unpredictability) physical and I often land many injuries. As a result of this I recently had to have another knee surgery. I was originally told I would be off work for 5-8 weeks and would have to slowly transition from there. Amazing the difference having prehab and good muscle tone has made with this surgery compared to my last one! I was moving so well they let me walk out of the hospital! Much to all the doctors surprise I was back at work in the office 2 1/2 weeks later and back on class on full duties 5 weeks after surgery due to my ‘great muscle tone and control’ in my leg. This is all thanks to Pilates and now even my physio is recommending Esprit Pilates to his other clients. Thank you for all the time and individual programming. It’s this care and love of what you do that makes all the difference.

I started about 18 months ago… I have been a sports person all my life and now at 59 I have bad knees stiff hips, back and neck and lots of arthritis and could not even cross my legs. Now since I have been going I can cross my legs I can do garhammers at the gym and my core is so much better I find I have improved all aspects of my joint movement. The teachers are great – thoughtful, caring and work hard. I have no worries in recommending any of the classes as I know how much it helps in every day life just to move around free and I know it is because of the classes I do at Esprit Pilates.
