Our Studio Circuit allows you to experience all of your favourite and much-needed studio equipment exercises in a group class! Limited to only seven people you will still get the individual attention you need to correctly execute your movements with precision and muscle-balancing brilliance.

The workout is quick and strong and will leave you re-centred and revitalised. This class is best suited to those who have had some experience with other Pilates classes or sessions.
