Pregnancy-Friendly Classes

All of our group classes are suited to prenatal mothers. With a focus on core stabilisation and pelvic floor strength, these classes teach breathing techniques, relaxation and gentle stretches in preparation for labour.

Our classes are diverse enough to suit right through your pregnancy (medical clearance permitting) – and you can bring along your husband or best friend!
