Pilates Reformer Classes give you a unique full body conditioning workout using springs as assistance to move better and as resistance to feel the burn! Our instructors use jump boards for added cardio and chi balls for a stability challenge. With a maximum of nine people per class they offer the personalised attention of a Studio Session and the upbeat pace and fun class energy of a Group Class.
