Our Seniors’ Pilates Circuit Classes are done in the studio area, using all the equipment including Reformer, Trapeze Table, High & Low Barrels, Combo Chair and lots of small apparatus. The group circuit format is fun and social and numbers are limited to make sure all of our participants get the individual attention they need.
We love to get to know everyone and their bodies and we design the programs accordingly. Conditions such as osteoporosis, arthritis, joint replacements etc can all be catered for and not limit your ability to reach your potential.
We focus on such things as bone strength, pain reduction, full body strength, core stability, mobility, coordination and balance.
Pilates is a fantastic way to maintain your comfort and quality of life as you age.
