Strength and resistance classes at Esprit are designed with our members in mind. Traditional weights exercises with extra focus on technique to make sure you aren’t undoing the good work you’ve done in Pilates classes.
Especially, we recognise the need for menopausal and perimenopausal women to maintain muscle mass and have designed these classes with you in mind.
Here you will maintain bone density, metabolic rate (and a healthy weight range), cardiovascular health and achieve greater muscular tone!
