To be free of pain and restrictions that block the flow of life force through our being or distract our focus from what really matters. Our vision is of a world where people experience optimal health, feel good and make conscious choices that positively affect the earth and all of its inhabitants. A sustainable model in which we all contribute to the whole, hence our new logo (coming) which represents a torus or self-healing field of infinite energy.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide Pilates and other exercise modalities based on the Pilates principles of breath, concentration, control, centring, precision and flow. As well as related health modalities, to help teach and inspire people to reach their optimum states of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, happiness and balance. In a friendly, welcoming and comfortable environment.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a unique, low-impact form of exercise that integrates mind and body to improve your health and wellbeing.
Pilates is the art of conscious movement. When practised with consistency it improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance of the entire body. Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breath, developing strong core musculature and improving posture, coordination and balance.

Our studio creates a nurturing and social family environment, whilst respecting the needs of our clients’ and teachers’ own families. We offer Pregnancy Classes as well as Mums & Bubs Classes, Pilates Circuit for Kids & Teens, and an on-site creche.
We also know that life with a family gets busy and can be unpredictable. So we offer all our clients a free late cancellation each year.

Our team take a wholistic approach to health and fitness, with interests and qualifications in other modalities such as massage, personal training, running, trigger point release, dance, the psychology of pain, use of essential oils, and much more.
With KLS Massage available on-site, our teachers liaise with allied health professionals such as physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and exercise physiologists to develop the most healing and beneficial exercise program for you.
