30 Days of Unlimited Pilates Classes for Just $60
Feel stronger, move more freely and improve your balance with supportive Pilates classes designed for adults over 50. Whether you're returning to exercise, managing aches and pains, or simply wanting to stay active as you age, our experienced Pilates Teachers will help you build strength, confidence and mobility at your own pace. You'll be supported every step of the way in a welcoming, friendly environment where everyone is encouraged to move comfortably and confidently.
Not at all.
Many of our members started Pilates in their 50s, 60s and even 70s. Pilates is one of the most adaptable forms of exercise available and can be modified to suit a wide range of ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Our focus is on helping you move better, feel stronger and stay active for longer… wherever you’re starting from.
Definitely not.
A common misconception is that you need to be fit, strong or flexible before trying Pilates. The truth is that Pilates helps you build those things over time.
You don’t need to “get fit first” before joining. We’ll meet you where you are and help you progress safely and confidently.
Many people come to Pilates because they’re experiencing stiffness, reduced mobility, recovering from injury, or managing aches and pains that can come with everyday life.
Our team is highly qualified and experienced in providing modifications for a wide range of injuries, conditions and movement limitations.
While we can’t provide medical advice, we can help adapt exercises to suit your individual needs and comfort level.
If you’d like more personalised guidance before joining group classes, you can add a Half-Priced Initial Consultation for $50. This one-on-one session allows us to better understand your goals, movement history and any concerns you may have, helping you start your Pilates journey with confidence.
If you have a specific injury or medical condition, we also recommend discussing it with your healthcare professional before commencing any exercise program.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Most members wear activewear, leggings, shorts, track pants or a comfortable t-shirt. Grip socks are recommended for Reformer classes and can be purchased at the studio if needed.
Most importantly, wear something you feel comfortable and confident in.
This depends on your goals and schedule.
Many members find attending 2–3 classes per week provides the best results for strength, mobility and overall wellbeing. However, even one class per week can make a noticeable difference over time.
The beauty of the 30 Day Unlimited Intro Offer is that you can try different class frequencies and find what works best for you.
We offer a range of morning, daytime and evening classes to suit different schedules. You can view our current timetable here.
Looking for Mat Pilates? We also offer supportive mat based Pilates classes suitable for all fitness levels.
Group Classes
Our group classes are a fun, supportive and affordable way to enjoy Pilates. You’ll still receive guidance and coaching from your instructor while benefiting from the motivation and energy of a group environment.
Semi-Private Sessions
Semi-private sessions involve a smaller number of participants, allowing for more personalised attention and tailored guidance. These are ideal if you’d like extra support.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are completely one on one with an instructor. These are perfect if you’re recovering from an injury, returning to exercise after a long break, managing specific health concerns or simply prefer a highly personalised approach.
If you’re unsure which option is right for you, get in touch and we’d be happy to help!
You can also add a Half Priced Initial Consultation (required to participate in private/semi-private classes) for $50 and start with personalised guidance from one of our experienced Pilates Teachers.
Absolutely.
Our 30 Day Unlimited Intro Offer gives you unlimited access to our group classes for just $60, so you can experience Pilates for yourself and find the classes that suit you best before deciding on an ongoing membership.

What’s an Initial Consultation?
An Initial Consultation is a private one-on-one session with one of our experienced Pilates Teachers.
During the session we’ll discuss your goals, movement history, any injuries or concerns, and assess which classes or programs may be most suitable for you.
Many people choose to jump straight into group classes, however if you’re feeling nervous, returning to exercise after a long break, managing an injury, or simply want extra guidance, an Initial Consultation can be a great place to start.
As part of this introductory offer, new clients can add a Half Priced Initial Consultation for just $50.
