Pilates Circuit for Kids & Teens
This class uses all of the studio Pilates equipment – Reformer, Trapeze Table, High & Low Barrels, Combo Chair, and other small apparatus.
It is taught by highly qualified Pilates instructors who have full Working With Children Checks. We tailor the program to suit our participants, including young athletes such as dancers, swimmer, gymnasts, soccer players, horse riders and much more. Parents are also welcome to join the class and get fit too!

– Mental health. Today’s youths face many challenges and competing influences. Pilates’ focus on breath and internal body awareness help to balance the nervous system, produce endorphins and develop a positive attitude to self and life.
Lots of fun, we focus on things such as balance, flexibility, strength and breathing/relaxation. This class is very beneficial for children with tension or nervousness issues and is perfect cross-training and injury prevention for budding dancers and athletes.
