Pregnancy-Friendly Classes
Our Pregnancy Circuit is held in the Pilates Studio area using all of the Pilates equipment – Reformer, Trapeze Table, High & Low Barrels, Combo Chair and small apparatus. With a focus on core stabilisation and pelvic floor strength, these classes teach breathing techniques, relaxation and gentle stretches in preparation for labour, whilst helping Mums maintain their fitness.
Our standard classes (Reformer, Mat, Barre, Circuit and Yoga) are also pregnancy-friendly! They are diverse enough to suit right through your pregnancy (medical clearance permitting) as our teachers are qualified and experienced in providing the necessary modifications and support to suit each stage of pregnancy. You can even bring along your husband or best friend!
